HOW TO ORDER / OBTAIN A QUOTE
It really is a simple process enquiring about new Windows & Doors. We know that when sourcing any product or trades it can be a daunting thought and this is off putting enough for many people. That's we we can take care of it all for you.
From the initial enquiry, through the order and manufacturing then straight to the installation and aftercare our dedicated team will help you step by step, at your pace.
We are here to make it as simple, easy and hassle free as possible.
After all, such an investment into your property should be an exciting time and one to look forward to.
Not a headache and having to deal with push sales teams or marketing tactics.
Follow our simple guide below to an easy, stress free journey to your new Affordable Windows and Doors.
STEP 1. Enquire via our "Get A Quote" button at the top of the page or via our Contact Us tab where you will find details on how to begin.
STEP 2. We will organise a No Obligation site visit to simply discuss your required specifications and take dimensions for quoting. All our quoting is then done via our Head Office and not in your living room!
We do not believe in hard, home sales pressuring your into a purchase on the day! This will never happen with us.
STEP 3. You will then receive from your appointed sales representative a call or email with your quotation and of course the next steps to proceeding should you wish to go ahead or want to organise a visit to our workshop.
STEP 4. Once an order is agreed, signed off and the deposit has been made we need one quick visit to finalise sizing from our Technical Surveyor. He will then release the final sizing to our Fabrication team who get to work Manufacturing your new products ready for final QC and dispatch or Installation booking.
STEP 5. If you have chosen our Installation service at this point our Head Office team will be in touch to organise a suitable fitting date and schedule you in.
It really couldn't be a simpler process from 1 to 5.
